This Privacy Policy describes the overall Aleluya (referred to below "Aleluya", "we", "us" and "our") policy, explaining to you how we collect and process information when you use Aleluya. We are fully aware of how important it is to keep your personal information confidential, safe and discrete. Please read this Policy and the Terms of Service carefully. By choosing to use our Apps or Services, you acknowledge that your personal information may be used pursuant to this Policy. If you do not feel comfortable with any part of this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service, please discontinue use of our Services immediately

We may modify this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes to this Policy by posting the new version on the Services before the effective date of the changes.  If you do not agree with the proposed changes, you should discontinue your use of the Service prior to the time the new Policy takes effect. If you continue using the Service after the new terms take effect, you understand and acknowledge that you will be bound by the modified Privacy Policy

1.What kind of Information we collect

(1)Information you provide

A.Information you provide. We collect information you provide when using Aleluya, including your personal information such as your name, email address or any other personal information, and login information such as session start/stop time, time zone, and network connection type (e.g., WiFi, cellular). Such information facilitates your use of Aleluya.

B.Your use of Aleluya. We collect information when you use Aleluya, including the time you initiate the App, how long you stay in-app, which function you access to, what content you view, select or like, and duration and frequency of your respective activities.

(2)Device Information

As foregoing mentioned, in order to provide you better service on Aleluya, it is also necessary for us to collect data that help us update, optimize, personalize and improve our services to you on Aleluya.

A.Device information. Such as the type and model, operation system of your mobile phone, hardware versions, carrier name, IP address, unique device identifier, MAC address, operating system, and your mobile phone’s advertising ID.

B.Geo-location of your device. When you use our Service, we may infer the generic physical location and geographic regions of your device from your WiFi, Bluetooth and other device settings. For example, your IP address may indicate your general geographic region. You may choose not to share your location details with us by adjusting your mobile phone’s location services settings. For instructions on changing the relevant settings, please contact your service provider or device manufacturer.

C.We may also combine the information we collect among our Services and across your devices for analytic, security and fraud prevention purposes. For example, we use algorithms that analyze your account status.

(3)Cookies

Cookies are small text files input and store on your device, which enables the features and functionality of Aleluya services. Aleluya uses it's cookies to provide a Re-targeting service only. We receive a cookie when you connect us and use Aleluya Services.

NOTABLY that, the information mentioned under the foregoing Section A are all Non-Personally Related Information ("NPRI"). Such information is gathered by Aleluya, so it can be used by Aleluya for the purpose of online retargeting only. NPRI information collected by Aleluya for providing your better service purposes is completely anonymous. None of the NPRI information, under any circumstances, individually or grouped together, can be traced back to a specific individual, and, upon expiration of one year period of collection, all NPRI will be routinely destroyed

2.How We Use Your Personal Information

We will only use your personal information as described in this Policy or as disclosed to you prior to such processing taking place. The purposes for which we may use your personal information include:

(1)To Provide Better Services of Aleluya

We use the information we collect to provide services to you, including personalized features and contents, such as the monitoring back-desk interface you could access after registration and login-in your account. Such personalized features are unique relevant to you.

(2)To Personalize Your Experience

We may process your information to personalize the Services for you. For example, we use your language preferences and country location to display the correct language and time zone in the Services. We also use certain information about your device (such as operating system version and screen resolution information) to optimize the display of pictures on your screen.

(3)Safety, integrity and security

We use the foregoing information we collect to verify accounts and activity, combat harmful conduct, detect and prevent virus, plug-in, trojan or other malicious program or software. This safe-guard measures maintain the integrity and good business environment of Aleluya, which, in turn, provides you better service experiences on Aleluya

3.How We Share Your Personal Information

We may share your personal information in the following circumstances.

(1)Third-Party Service Providers

We will share your information with the following selected third parties:

● Cloud storage providers to store the information you provide and for disaster recovery services, as well as for the performance of any contract we enter into with you;

● Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the optimisation and improvement of the Platform; and

● IT service providers;

(2)Merger, Acquisition, or Other Business Transaction

We may disclose and transfer your personal information to a subsequent owner, co-owner, or operator of our Apps or Services, or in connection with a contemplated or agreed upon merger, acquisition, consolidation, restructuring, or the sale of substantially all our interests and/or assets (i.e., a bankruptcy proceeding). We shall require the subsequent owner, co-owner, or operator in possession of your personal information to continue to be subject to this Privacy Policy; otherwise, we shall request that they provide any necessary notice and/or obtain consent from you

We may disclose your personal information if it is reasonably necessary to:

We will, at our discretion, provide you with advance notice if we are compelled to disclose your personal information to law enforcement, public authorities, or other governmental entities, unless we are prohibited from doing so by governmental entities or the law

4.How long we keep your information

● Comply with a valid legal process (e.g., subpoenas, warrants, court orders, etc.);

● our contractual obligations and rights in relation to the information involved;

● legal obligation(s) under applicable law(s) and regulations to retain data for a certain period of time;

● statute of limitations under applicable law(s);

● disputes or potential disputes.

After you have terminated your use of our Services, we can store your information in an aggregated and anonymised format. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we can also retain any personal information as reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, allow us to resolve and litigate disputes, and to enforce our agreements

5.Your Rights and Choices

● You may be able to refuse or disable Cookies by adjusting your browser settings. Because each browser is different, please consult the instructions provided by your browser. Please note that you may need to take additional steps to refuse or disable certain types of Cookies. For example, due to differences in how browsers and mobile apps function, you may need to take different steps to opt out of Cookies used for targeted advertising in a browser and to opt out of targeted advertising for a mobile application, which you may control through your device settings or mobile app permissions. In addition, your opt-out selection is specific to the particular browser or device that you are using when you opt out, so you may need to opt-out separately for each of browser or device. If you choose to refuse, disable, or delete Cookies, some of the functionality of the Platform may no longer be available to you.

● You can switch off GPS location information functionality on your mobile device if you do not wish to share GPS information.

● If you have registered for an account you may access, review, and update certain personal information that you have provided to us by logging into your account and using available features and functionalities

6.Children

Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of sixteen (16) (or other age as required by local law). We will not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of sixteen (16) (or other age as required by local law) without parental consent. If you are under the age of sixteen (16) (or other age as required by local law), please do not provide us with information of any kind whatsoever. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time with their children online and to be familiar with the websites they visit. If you have reason to believe that we may have accidentally received information from a child under the age of sixteen (16) (or other age as required by local law), please contact us immediately according at support@aleluya.live. 

7.Do Not Track

Some Internet browsers - like Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari - include the ability to transmit “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signals. Since uniform standards for DNT signals have not been adopted, we currently do not process or respond to DNT signals on our Services

8. Safety

The protected information we collect and usage information is securely stored in our databases, and we use standard, industry-wide, commercially reasonable security measures such as encryption, firewalls and SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to protect your information. However, as effective as encryption is, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases or that the information you provide will not be intercepted when transmitted to us via the Internet or wireless communications, and any information you transmit to the Company is at your own risk

9. Privacy Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our information practices. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Privacy Policy. If we make any material changes, we may notify you by email (sent to the email address specified in your account) or by means of a service notice before the changes become effective. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices
